A senior fundraising appointment can ultimately do this for you but it takes time and in fundraising time is money. You pay a substantial salary for a considerable period while your appointee comes to terms with issues, before actually getting down to growing your fundraising revenue.

If you do not currently have a fundraising strategic plan Fundraising Dynamics will develop one for you. But it does not end there. We are at call to advise and monitor progress on a reduced fee for service basis. We are also available for project management.
Your fundraising staff can hit the ground running. They can learn to apply the knowledge provided and better serve your charity. This is also a far more efficient use of your charity’s resources.
The process is not a drawn out one. Following initial discussions we will recommend a working timetable dependent on the current size of your operation. We will then contract with you for the level of service to be provided. You will then be in a position to implement your new strategy sooner. On average the entire process should not exceed 8 – 10 weeks, dependant on the size of your fundraising program.
